The Phoenix South Mountain Conservation Association is dedicated to preserving the equestrian and agricultural heritage of South Mountain while stewarding responsible development that is sensitive to current land-use and the Phoenix General Plan including the Rio Montana Plan.
We promote and support sustainable building practices, heat island mitigation, and architecture and planning that aligns with the Rio Montana Plan, particularly low-density development.
